During the daytime a receptionist can contact the doctor on call. After 6.00pm and at weekends, when the surgery is closed, your call will be automatically forwarded to the Badger Harmoni Out of Hours Service. If you want to ring them direct, their number is 0300 1 30 30 30. They will discuss your problem with you, and decide how best to deal with it, by giving you advice, asking you to call at the local Out of Hours centre at Cross Street, or by sending an ambulance or doctor.

The Out of Hours centre at Cross Street is only for emergencies, and should not be used for routine matters.
